The Manager-in-training is in training to become a Facility Manager who is responsible for maintaining strict financial management, utilizing productive marketing, providing quality customer service, controlling loss prevention, providing a desirable work environment and ensuring that Company policies and procedures and local, state and federal laws are being maintained and followed by all personnel. These objectives are obtained through quality customer service, merchandise handling, cleaning, maintenance, safety, security, effective employee relations and other general duties as assigned. This is an hourly position (six days-48 hour work week) reporting directly to the Facility Manager.
A valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance is required for this position.
