Our program recruits recents college graduates and exposes them to a variety of technical career opportunities available within Sunoco. Through multiple assignments engineers will develop a broad base of experience early in their career.

Interview Schedule
The program duration is two to three years with a minimum term of 24 months. Participants are expected to complete two to three assignments. The initial assignment will begin immediately upon hire.
A key objective of the program is to rotate participants through field, facility and staff assignments. The Engineering Associate is also encouraged to participate in at least one assignment that is geographically diverse from the others.
Potential Positions
One purpose in rotating assignments is to provide engineers with the opportunity to experience the different cultures and business practices across Sunoco and to enable each engineer to develop a broad base of experience through work assignments in a variety of technical positions.
Assignments are determined by the needs of the various Sunoco organizations throughout the course of the Program. The needs of specific departments are considered along with management's commitment to ensure meaningful assignments that will develop the participant's technical skills and understanding of Sunoco's business.
Each Engineering Associate will have a mentor who will be available for guidance and feedback througnout the Program and will develop a close working relationship with the participant.
Upon successful completion of the Program, associates will be assigned to positions within Sunoco.
Program Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in an engineering discipline

Solid GPA in technical major
