Sunoco is actively seeking real estate opportunities to build new locations as well as existing locations to re-brand to Sunoco in the following states: Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Northern New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts

Please send all site submissions via e-mail to realestate@sunocoinc.com. A Sunoco Regional Real Estate Manager will respond if the site garners further attention.

Criteria

• Desired Lot Size: 62,500 (250’ x 250’)
• Preferred Frontage of 250 feet
• Corner Location at Signalized Interchange
• Ideal Traffic Count: 25,000 per day
• Level grade with Primary and Secondary Roads
• Current Zoning allows for 24 hour operation of Convenience Store & Gasoline Station

When submitting a location for consideration, please include the following information:

1. Location (Address, Cross Streets & County)

2. Size & Dimension of Property (Survey or Plot Plan)

3. Current Zoning and Permissible Uses

4. Photographs & Aerials

5. Asking Price / Lease Cost
