In 1993 we issued Sunoco’s Principles of Health, Environment and Safety. Based on the Ceres Principles, Sunoco’s HES principles establish a code of conduct that is applicable to all of Sunoco's facilities and operations. Since that time, we have made considerable progress in all areas of HES performance, but moving to the next level requires maturing our HES-related management systems.
